Get it notarized today, from wherever you are.
I am a commissioned Florida notary public authorized for remote online notarization. Sign by secure video from home, your office, or another country — or I can come to you in Miami-Dade and Broward. Evenings and weekends included.
Same-day appointments are usually available. Most online sessions take 10–20 minutes.
What I notarize
If your document needs a notary, chances are I can help. A few of the most common ones:
Powers of attorney
Financial, medical, and limited powers of attorney, including witness coordination.
Real estate documents
Deeds, quit claims, affidavits, and seller packages — helpful when an owner lives out of state.
Estate planning
Wills, trusts, and related documents prepared by you or your attorney.
Affidavits & sworn statements
Oaths, affirmations, and jurats for court, school, or employer requirements.
Business documents
Contracts, corporate resolutions, vendor forms, and recurring signings for small businesses.
Travel & consent forms
Minor travel consent, parental authorization, and documents headed for an apostille.
Not sure whether yours qualifies? Email it to hicksnotary2026@gmail.com and I will tell you before you book.
How an online notarization works
Three steps, start to finish. You need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a valid photo ID.
Send your document
Upload it when you book, or email it to me. I confirm your appointment time and what to have ready.
Verify your identity
On the secure platform you answer a few identity questions and scan your ID. It takes a couple of minutes.
Sign on video
We meet by video, you sign, and I apply my electronic seal. Your finished document arrives by email right away.
Online, anywhere
Remote online notarization works for signers across the country and overseas, so long as the receiving party accepts an electronically notarized document. Ideal for out-of-state property owners, traveling professionals, military families, and anyone who cannot take time off work.
Typical appointment: 10–20 minutes.
In person, Miami-Dade and Broward
I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities. Weekend and after-hours visits are welcome, and I am comfortable coordinating signings that require witnesses.
Travel fee quoted before you book. No surprises.
What it costs
Per notarial act, and $25 for each additional notarization on the same document. A $5 platform fee is added at booking.
$10 per notarial act plus a travel fee of $60–$150, quoted by distance before you book.
Flat-rate closing packages, and set monthly rates for firms with regular volume.
Notarial fees are set under Fla. Stat. §117.275 for online notarizations and §117.05 for in-person notarizations. Travel and convenience fees are quoted separately, in writing, before your appointment.
